After 28 years in the West Coast Swing community, I’m so excited to help this beautiful dance continue to grow in Utah County. I’m deeply grateful for the friends, mentors, and leaders who have been nurturing this community here for so many years. I truly honor and appreciate the legacy they’ve created. I’m humbled to carry forward even a small part of what they’ve built.

Creating a space where movement can heal, connection can expand, and every dancer has the opportunity to feel uplifted, in their body, mind, and soul. At UPLIFT, West Coast Swing becomes a practice in presence and partnership, an invitation to reconnect with yourself and others and to experience the restorative joy that can come from moving and connecting together.
