UPLIFT exists to bring people together through West Coast Swing in a community-centered space that supports growth, connection, and emotional well-being. Through movement, presence, and partnership, dancers are invited to connect with themselves and each other and experience the shared joy of dancing together.

Here’s how the night flows:
8:00–8:30: The Deep Dive Advanced Session
A focused, advanced session exploring one concept
15 min concept + drill • 15 min application
(Experienced dancers who stay are welcome to take the full lesson hour at no extra charge)
8:30–9:15: Fundamentals and Beyond - A welcoming class for those learning the basics and expanding them. The months will rotate between:
1. Pass and Push break focus
2. Whips focus
3. Closed position and open to closed position focus
** We will start with the basic movements and
then layer them with a move at the end.
9:15–12:00: Social Dance - Music, movement, connection, and play
