Adult West Coast Swing Programs
Experience the joy of movement, connection, and community through adult West Coast Swing classes in Mapleton, Utah. These small, personalized programs are designed for adults of all experience levels, whether you're coming solo or with a partner. Each series blends dance with mindfulness, helping you build confidence, deepen connection, and rediscover joy through every step.
West Coast Swing
6-week leveled courses
Rooted (Level 1) - For newer dancers. Find your foundation. Ground in confidence. Begin your dance journey.

Connected (level 2) - For continuing dancers. Refine your technique, Deepen your connection. Express your joy.

Kids out of the house? Now it’s your turn. Step onto the dance floor and reignite the spark with your partner. Through music, movement, and mindful connection, you’ll explore how the five senses, touch, sound, sight, joy, and breath, can have you fall in love all over again. No experience needed, just a willingness to laugh, play, and reconnect.
