Dance To Uplift Programs

Programs to Uplift Your Body, Mind & Spirit

At Dance to Uplift, our West Coast Swing programs are designed to help you connect more deeply — to yourself, to your partner, and to the world around you. Through movement, music, and mindful connection, you’ll experience more joy, confidence, and meaning both on and off the dance floor.

Our three pillars guide everything we offer:

✨ Live in Love — Cultivate trust, openness, and authentic connection in every interaction.
✨ Move with Meaning — Dance with intention, presence, and emotional expression that resonates and heals beyond the steps.
✨ Play Passionately — Rediscover your joy, confidence, and unique voice through playful, creative movement.

Step into a space where your dance becomes more than just motion — it becomes a way to truly live, love, and connect.

Play Passionately
for Woman

Her Space: A class for women to breathe deeply, unleash their creativity, and play with heart.

“Play Passionately” is where movement meets mindfulness, inviting you to bring your whole self to the dance. In this class, we blend West Coast Swing techniques, creative styling, and playful connection with somatic practices like breathwork and meditation.

You’ll learn not only how to take risks and express yourself boldly on the dance floor, but also how to ground your body, quiet your mind, and connect deeply to yourself and your partner through breath and presence.

Breathe, move, and play passionately—on every beat and in every connection.

Sign up for the next monthly series - 4 90-minute classes

Starting Monday, October 6th.

Live in Love - Coming 2026!

Focus: Reconnecting through movement, based on the five senses & spiritual principles

Who it’s for: Couples and families wanting to deepen their connection emotionally, spiritually, and physically.

The Sense of Sight – See Me. Eye gazing and visual mirroring exercises integrated into basic WCS patterns to reawaken presence.

The Sense of Touch – Hold Me. Explore intentional contact, frame, and responsiveness as an expression of care and trust.

The Sense of Sound – Hear Me. Use music and voice to explore rhythm, breath, and spoken affirmation in the dance.

The Sense of Smell – Remember Me. Connect scent to memory and presence. Includes aromatherapy and sensory dancing practices.

The Sense of Taste – Delight in Me. Explore savoring (chocolate tasting) as a metaphor in slow, intentional partner movement. Integrate pleasure and play.

The 6th Sense – Love Me. Connect spiritually and energetically. Dance becomes a meditative and sacred ritual for true connection.

CONNECTION brings life! And movement is the bridge to connection. Through the incredible function of our bodies, movement has a natural healing capacity. We can restore a healthier, more joyful well-being through dance movement. While releasing hormones that help heal trauma and past wounds, dance provides a way to process and heal your body’s trauma and easily addresses the multi-level issue. I have created classes for Assisted Living programs, schools, and treatment centers. Fun and freeing movement-centered classes to promote connection, health, laughter, brain exercise, strengthen confidence, honesty, communication, and much more.
